Looking for a way to enhance your Fire Corps team’s fire safety program? Let the Fire Safety Dogs give you a paw!

The Keep Kids Fire Safe® Foundation, with funding from State Farm® and First Alert®, is seeking schools, summer camps, reading programs, and other interested groups to participate in the Sparkles’ Fire Safety Skype Tour™. This innovative, free fire safety program is designed to teach children what to do in case of a fire. Your Fire Corps team can participate along with the fire safety dogs or let them do the program for you!

Dayna Hilton, recognized as a leading fire safety educator in the United States, has developed a 45-minute, fun, educational, and interactive fire safety program for children. It features meeting a real fire safety dog, reading the Sparkles the Fire Safety Dog children’s book, learning fire safety messages, singing fire safety songs, and becoming honorary junior firefighters. It also includes time for children to ask fire safety questions.

Applications are currently being accepted, but space is limited so act now! Participating Fire Corps teams will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Completed applications must be received by the Keep Kids Fire Safe® Foundation as soon as possible.
