Connect With Other Fire Corps Members Nationwide through the Fire Corps Facebook Page

Tuesday, 16 September 2008

You may already use social networking web sites like Facebook, MySpace, and others to keep in touch with friends and meet new people who share your interests and hobbies. Now you can connect with other Fire Corps members from across the nation with the Fire Corps Facebook page.

Whether you are already involved in Fire Corps or you are interested in learning more about the program, become a “Fan” the Facebook page to find more information and interact with other members. The page includes program updates and events, photos, and interactive discussion sections. A Discussion Board allows you to ask questions or talk about subjects that interest you as a Fire Corps volunteer or program coordinator. Use the Wall to post comments and thoughts about Fire Corps, your local program, or being a citizen volunteer in the emergency services.

You can access the Facebook page here, or log into Facebook (www.facebook.com) and search for Fire Corps. You can also find the page by clicking on the link provided on the Fire Corps web site at www.firecorps.org.
