Nominate Your Fire Corps Volunteers for Presidential Honor

Did you know Fire Corps is a certifying organization for the President’s Volunteer Service Award? You can recognize your Fire Corps members for all the hard work that they do by nominating your outstanding volunteers for this honor through the Fire Corps national office. 

The President’s Volunteer Service Award was created by the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation in order to recognize dedicated volunteers and show gratitude for their efforts. This award is an honor that every American can aspire to achieve. To be eligible to receive the award, individuals, families, and groups must submit a record of their annual or lifetime volunteer service hours to participating certifying organizations, such as Fire Corps, which will verify the service and deliver the award. Eligibility for individuals and groups is based upon the number volunteer hours served.

To nominate one of your exemplary Fire Corps volunteers or your entire Fire Corps team for the President’s Volunteer Service Award, send an email to info@firecorps.org that includes the person’s contact information, a detailed description of his or her service, and the number of hours volunteered.
